I can really recommend this place, a large spacious Villa close to the beach, clean och tidy/spotless, fantastic restaurants, close to grovery stores, in a quiet area. It takes only 15 minutes to walk into the center of Split. Nino, the host, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about everything in the area, came up with lot of good tips. A very service-minded person! The Villa is in a tip top condition, incredibly well cleaned, comfortable beds with top quality pillows, a cozy patio, 2 newly renovated bathrooms and both having washingmachines. AC in all rooms. Very good wi-fi.

Great place to stay in Split, close to the city but also really calm and relaxing. Gordon is a super host who makes sure that everything goes smoothly and supports with every request. We were a group of 4 and all definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay. The house was spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. I loved waking up and heading to the little bakery round the corner before breakfast after a walk along the seafront. So peaceful and calm at that time. The house is perfectly located for exploring the local area. We managed Trogir, Primošten, Krka and Split in three leisurely days. The host was very responsive and sorted a minor issue with the WiFi asap on a Sunday. Thanks so much!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house! The owner was incredibly welcoming, meeting us at a designated spot and guiding us up the hill to the house. He had explained everything about the house and even guided us to the nearest shop. It was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing bottle of olive oil he gifted us, made from his own olives—it was delicious! The location is perfect—close to the city yet secluded, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach fun. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
