Excellent location: close to grocery, shops, restaurants, the port and beaches. Very kind and helpful host (Aris) and owner: we could even have a late checkout as we had a very late flight. Kitchen is well-equipped. Rooms are quite spacious. 2 public swimming pools in 50 meters. One bottle of wine and mineral water was waiting for us:-) Aris had sent us an extensive list of things-to-do, restaurants and other useful info - all with google maps links.

Beautiful new villa. Fantastic friendly hosts. Close to a great beach and a couple of tavernas. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. Provide the hosts with a shopping list and they will stock the villa prior to arrival. Short taxi ride to Kassiopi or easy 25 minute walk. Early check in was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

WOW!!! What a villa. All the other reviews echo our own experiences. Fabulous views from the terrace / garden over the infinity pool towards the hills of Albania. The villa is very specious and there were 6 of us and you would hardly know who was where. The pool table was great fun and we were very grateful for the gazebo as shelter from the sun. The poolside "sofa" was fab and there were 7 sun loungers. Easily one of the best villas I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent - an easy 15 min walk into town, supermarket 4 or 5 mins away and if you can't be bothered walking back the taxi is only 5 euros. Karolina our villa manager was so helpful too. The boiler needed a thermostat replaced - all done within 4hrs of us raising the issue - impressive!

The location was perfect as it was just a walk away from shops, restaurants and bars, but still in a tranquil neighbourhood. The nearest beach was also just 10 minutes away on foot. We received a lovely welcome to the property and the facilities included a very well equipped bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a large barbecue and outside eating area, which was covered to protect against the sun. The people living nearby were very friendly and hospitable and you felt that you were part of a community not just a tourist. We would certainly recommend Pipetos House as an ideal place to stay.

I have to say this is one of the best places I've stayed in so far. Spacious, comfortable, full of light, good taste everywhere and the most amazing terrace with a fantastic view and nature all around. Maria and Iannis are such lovely people, the kindest hosts, and went far beyond hospitality! There were presents, fresh fruits and drinks, and the house was very clean. I have to say the photos do not show entirely the beauty of the amazing terrace and the comfort of the house. It is much much better. Will definitely come back!!!

    The Villa was perfect for a big group of people like us, there were 12 of us and it had everything we needed. When hiring out both villas we had the whole pool area to ourselves, which we were able to use the bbq and have sunset dinners by the pool, such a plus! View was stunning & super close to the cutest town Kassiopi. Also we loved Mila the dog, who pretty much came with the villa, she's super friendly and we loved having her around!

    There are literally no words to describe the utter perfection of this villa. It was simply stunning and blew all our minds. Complete luxury, everything we could have wanted and more. Days spent either in the pool, resting in airconditioned rooms, playing pool or wandering around the gorgeous Kassiopi town (if you go, make sure to rent a boat from Fillipos Boats) made for a perfect 40th birthday holiday with my family. We cannot wait to return. Yiannis and Karolina the housekeeper are special people.

    The location was amazing, very short stroll to the beautiful Avlaki Beach with a couple of very good tavernas. The villas were great with good layouts and facilities. Pools were fantastic. Very tranquil. The mid-week change of towels and bedding was good.

    Fantastic villa in every way. A true luxury experience. Pool cleaning and house keeping even during a short stay. Wifi super fast and effective, probably best I have ever had when travelling. Coffee and sugar supplied, but no salt, pepper or other foodstuffs - no complaint, just information.

    Wonderful quiet location 2 minutes walk from the harbour and numerous tavernas in Kassiopi. The views from the balconies are incredible. The villa itself is spacious and very well appointed. The hosts, Lucy and Kostas, were only a phone call away to help with any questions we had or to arrange transport to the airport. Staying at Solaris Methea - Luxury Central Villa was a truly wonderful experience.

    Probably one of the nicest villas we’ve ever stayed in. Photos really don’t do it justice. Four big double bedrooms (2x double and 2 x twin) all with their own bathroom and own outdoor access. The views are to die for - especially from the upstairs balcony. You could never tire of the view. Everything is super clean and well equipped. Louiza did a superb job cleaning for us. Heidi was definitely a ‘super-host’ - really relaxed and friendly and replied immediately to any texts or questions. Would highly recommend.
