The property had everything we needed and so clean and tidy. Situated in a quiet location and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The breakfasts included were amazing and plentiful! Extremely friendly host who made our stay a wonderful experience.

The scenery is very good, there is a temperature-adjusting bath, and you can enjoy the coastal scenery in a leisurely manner. The reception staff were very kind, helped us solve many problems, and provided considerate services. Overall, a great vacation experience!

We were a family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The home was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The location and house are amazing and the property is centrally located close to restaurants/bars. The view and outdoor space are the best part! Ion was a great host and welcomed us on the day of our arrival to show us the property and tell us about the island and things to do. The house is reached by taking some pretty steep steps down so if you have mobility issues it could be a challenge. The home is private but very centrally located in Imerovigli. You can easily walk to Thira and do the hike to Oia. We loved shopping at the stores that were close to the house to grab breakfast items and coffee. The property offers breakfast delivery which we didn’t try but the options sounded great. Ion was amazing booking us massages and arranging our airport transfer. We spent a lot of time on the patio just lounging and having cocktails for sunset. The home is just as pictured and has everything one could need. Thanks again for having us!

Villa with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 room for 1-2 single beds) + 3 nice bathrooms. Large living room and terrasse and pool, surrounded by olive trees. Quietly located at the upper west end of Imerovigli, many restaurants nearby. Larger supermarket 10 min drive. Parking for 2 cars, very narrow road leading to property only for small cars. Car helpful to reach larger supermarket (AB supermarket 10 min) and less touristy places. Imerovigli is "nicer" than Fira and less crowded than Oia in the evening.

Although we were initially hesitant to book due to the “vegan” concept, in hindsight it would have been a real loss to miss this experience. As frequent travellers who are accustomed to high-end accommodation, we can confidently say that this boutique hotel easily meets the standard of luxury properties. The design and layout are clearly the result of passion and vision. The property is beautifully maintained, intimate in scale, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail throughout. Everything feels fresh and well cared for – from the crisp linens to the pristine pool, which is crystal clear and maintained to a very high standard. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet well-connected. With a short taxi ride, you can reach nearby towns and beaches easily, while enjoying uninterrupted views and privacy from the villa. The food was another standout. Everything is freshly prepared and full of flavour. What’s not clearly mentioned anywhere – but absolutely worth knowing – is that breakfast is brought directly to your private terrace. This adds a layer of comfort and exclusivity to the experience and makes every meal feel personal and relaxed. The hospitality deserves special mention. The owner is truly dedicated and works tirelessly to make each guest feel welcome and well looked after. Her presence is warm yet professional, and no request feels too much. In summary: a flawless stay. This is a place where quality, calm and care come together in a way that’s both rare and memorable. We would not hesitate to return!

The room was beautiful, the bathroom great, good sized shower. The room was cozy but it was dark and the bed was comfortable. Frankly, we did little but sleep in the room anyway. We spent a great deal of time in our hot tub / plunge pool, enjoying the fantastic view. Amazing, amazing view. Breakfast was great, and just enough. Every day had delicious whipped yogurt and hard boiled eggs, and everything else was a surprise. Not too little, not too much. The staff we interacted with were all lovely and helpful, but we didn't have any problems with anything.

    The view... WOW! This place is an incredible, private villa with it's own private pool which was nice and cool, perfect for the temperature of the day (it is not heated and therefore may be cold for some people). The outdoor space is generous with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Hiring an ATV was very easy and the location is fairly in the middle of the island so therefore was easy to get around the whole island! Fira - a short drive over the hill, and Oia - 30min drive.

    E X C E P T I O N A L 10/10 Our villa was equipped with the MOST MODERN features and fixtures with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms on TWO LEVELS!!! We were welcomed by Artemis and Angela with the warmest smiles and cool welcome drinks. Our personalized breakfasts were to die for with homemade marmalade, freshly made muffins, and 🍫 n 🍊 cake. Our private pool was used throughout our stay while we enjoyed our drinks watching the full moon in full swing. Thank you for our magical, unforgettable stay and taking care of us ♡♡
