Henkilökuntaa oli aina saatavilla ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Infrapunasauna oli ilmainen talon asukkaille ja mielenkiintoinen kokemus. Kylmän päivän iltana se oli erittäin mukava palvelu. Sijainti todella ytimessä, kaikki nähtävyydet, shopping, Chinatown vieressä. Mukava keskitason hotelli, missä hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Huoneet moderneja, eivät ihan pienempiä Lontoon mittakaavassa.
