Located in the heart of Vienna, only a 5-minute walk from the Saint Stephen's Cathedral, Pension Suzanne offers units with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. The family-run guest house is just a 1-minute walk from the Karlsplatz Underground Station (U1, U2, U4). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The family suite was really big and comfortable. The standard double room was a bit small though similar as with other hotel rooms in Europe. Little space to open luggages. Location is great, with a good bakeshop beside it. A few mins walk to the Opera and the pedestrian area.

The Westbahnhof Underground Station (lines U3 and U6) provides direct connections to the city centre. From the nearby Beingasse Tram Stop, you can also get quickly to the city centre, as well as to the picturesque Spittelberg area. Breakfast was healthy and tasty, staff is great and supportive

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Parking is possible for extra charge on the street. Suzanne was extremely helpful. The rooms were all different. The breakfast was very good. The location was accessible to public transportation.

Although the days of our vacation at Vienna were extremely cold, we had no issue as the heating system of the hotel was more than enough (some nights was to warm and we had to switch the heating off).
