We had a wonderful experience on the Majesty Cruise in Halong Bay. The staff and service were excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was really great and thoughtfully adapted to our dietary preferences, which we truly appreciated. During our booking process, they actually recommended switching to the Majesty Cruise instead of Genesis, as both cruises offer the same itinerary and level of service, but the Majesty is newer and more modern. We took their advice, and it turned out to be a great decision! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed Halong Bay experience.

The cruise was absolutely fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was perfectly taken care of. We stayed one night and truly loved every moment. The excursions were amazing and flawlessly organized, and the scenery was simply breathtaking. The boat itself was beautiful and modern, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. We were a bit worried about crowds in Ha Long Bay, but the cruise took us to stunning, quieter spots. We highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Also, a special thanks to Husna, the Muslim receptionist, who made us feel incredibly welcome and helped with everything from halal food guidance to activity planning. Her friendly and professional attitude set the tone for the entire cruise. From the luxury of the suites to the breathtaking views and thoughtful service, this cruise was beyond our expectations.
