Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel อยู่ในใจกลางฮานอย ห่างจากโรงละครหุ่นกระบอกน้ำทังลอง 200 ม. It was an excellent location, close to popular destination eateries, lake, shopping, etc. It was quiet inside the room despite proximity to buzzing streets. Breakfast had a custom menu with many items to select from. Very friendly & smiling staff, and they provided valuable information.

The staff, especially the Manager, were so kind and helpful, booked Bus Tickets for us, kept our luggage, offered late Check-out. We felt welcome and the place has everything it needs in a good location.

From the moment I booked, Tina made my experience extraordinary by offering help with transport and providing detailed information about the hotel’s tours. Her warmth set the tone for a stay I was truly looking forward to even before my arrival. When I got there, I was greeted by name, which felt like a very personal touch and rare to find these days. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the accommodation is comfortable and inviting. The rooftop bar with live music was an unexpected delight, enhancing my overall experience. The kindness and attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay made me feel incredibly welcomed in Hanoi. One especially touching moment was when they surprised me with a birthday treat in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my stay unforgettable. A special mention to Mr. Leo, the manager, whose leadership is reflected in the professionalism and happiness of his team. It’s clear he has a true talent for hospitality, making the entire stay a pleasure. I look forward to staying with them again the next time I’m in Hanoi!

The location is very good and close to all shopping area and very busy one. The hotel is very clean , pool and gym are nice and the highlight for me would be the adorable staff!! A big up to Ruph who’s been really helpful with his advises and his kindness! I’d definitely come back x

We loved our stay at salute hôtel, especially thanks to the staff that was super attentive and always very nice. We can only recommend staying there as they really made the difference (plus location and breakfast were both perfect !). We could take a shower before heading for the night train even though we had already checked out, which we appreciated a lot after a day of visit in very hot weather.
