The kindness and attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay made me feel incredibly welcomed in Hanoi. One especially touching moment was when they surprised me with a birthday treat in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my stay unforgettable. A special mention to Mr. Leo, the manager, whose leadership is reflected in the professionalism and happiness of his team. It’s clear he has a true talent for hospitality, making the entire stay a pleasure. I look forward to staying with them again the next time I’m in Hanoi!

We loved our stay at salute hôtel, especially thanks to the staff that was super attentive and always very nice. We can only recommend staying there as they really made the difference (plus location and breakfast were both perfect !). We could take a shower before heading for the night train even though we had already checked out, which we appreciated a lot after a day of visit in very hot weather.
