The staff responded promptly to any request or question, going above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. The effortless checkout process, with the front desk agent's offer to pack my bags, was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful experience. A launderette and free on-site parking are provided. We stayed 3 nights over New Years and totally enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere from the hotel. The ambiance at the pool was wonderful, and the service at the poolbar and restaurant was always great. Thank you for a wonderful time.
