The staff was very friendly and professional. We had some water leaking in the original room but the staff response was very fast and they changed our room in minimal time. They also accomodated our every need for early check in, luggage care, spa access even before check in and after check out. Not to mention the spa treatments which are also amazing and very well priced. The food was also perfect, i would say it was one of the best restaurants in bodrum altogether.

Both Defne and Suat made our stay memorable, and the hotel's amenities were of the highest standard (private beach, spa, offering within the room, and who can forget the complementary buggy to all of the restaurants in close proximity). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bodrum!

We stayed very comfortable, especially Mr. Burak, the GM, from the beginning before we arrived to the resort, he kept concerning whether we needed anything help. He let us felt as a family. Also, sea view is fantastic and food is great, we will absolutely come back again
