What truly stood out was how they made my birthday so special. To my complete surprise, they beautifully decorated my room and even the restaurant, creating such a personal and heartwarming experience that I’ll never forget. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and thoughtful. The view from the 12th-floor restaurant was absolutely breathtaking — a perfect setting to relax and take in the surroundings. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury, comfort, and sincere hospitality. A perfect 10/10!

All the staff are so warm and welcoming. Reception, porters, housekeeping and of course the restaurant. Big smiles from happy people and nothing is too much trouble. Saurav and Hari especially made our stay an especially happy one. It’s a very new hotel which is absolutely spotless! Great room, AC that actually works as it should, awesome bathroom too 10/10

All the staff are extremely kind and always willing to help. They picked us up from the bus station, greeted us with a welcome drink and helped us book our bus back to Kathmandu. A special mention goes to Milan who was a exceptional, always very friendly and attentive and he made sure we didn’t need to worry about anything, thank you :) The area is very quiet and relaxing, with a nice view on the mustard field and a few minutes walk to the center. They also have a super nice pool and a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy the sun.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the accommodation. Amazing location in the centre of Bhaktapur! Really friendly staff and tasty food.

Vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options can also be requested. The staff & owner here are soo lovely! We stayed here twice & they gave us an amazing room by the rooftop that overlooks the lake. The room was clean & comfortable with good AC. We were even allowed to store a bag here while we went trekking. A great location right by the lake & Main Street.
