What a find, a lucky strike indeed, lovely court yard, beautiful fountain , quiet rooms, looking into the courtyard, you can open your window , rare nowadays when you find yourself in these big soulless chain hotels . Contemporary style , staff very profesional , friendly and helpful. Beds very confortable , location pall next to busy Thamel and once you turn into the hotel road , you think you are not in a busy city anymore , all was just great , first time that I will say such a thing, this little gem is definitely value for money!

The service was excellent — every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere of the resort is calm and refreshing, making it the perfect escape from the busier parts of the city. Everything was well taken care of, and we left feeling relaxed and grateful for such a wonderful stay. At The Terraces Resort and Spa guests are welcome to take advantage of a sauna and a hot tub. You can play billiards and table tennis at this 5-star resort, and the area is popular for hiking and cycling. I highly recommend this Resort: bedrooms are big and comfortable, the view on Himalaya is breathtaking, the staff is so friendly, and the SPA is wonderful! I also very much appreciated the little delicacy and the welcoming note from the manager :)

Vegetarian, halal and vegan options can also be requested. I booked this hotel as my last two night in Kathmandu, coming from trekking in Pokhara. I booked it for the bathtub honestly, but was surprised by the big bed, luxurious bathroom and there was so much space. Lovely view, everything was great.
