Excelente estadía en east hotel . Tiene 3 piletas excelentes , el desayuno inmejorable , las habitaciones son grandes y con vista a la piscina y al mar muerto . La cama es súper cómoda . El personal fue super atento y amable . La zona hotelera está ubicada alejada de la zona céntrica con opciones de comida por lo tanto se necesita auto pero el hotel tienen opciones de almuerzo y hay cena buffet . Súper recomendable !! Volveremos ☺️

The hotel is beautiful, the pools, the room everything! We were very happy with our stay no complaints! The staff was lovely, especially Mousab at reception, he was extremely accommodating and kind! A buzzing Dead Sea resort for a family-friendly stay in Jordan Soak up the ancient magic of Jordan's Dead Sea in contemporary comfort at the Holiday Inn® Resort Dead Sea hotel. We loved everything about this hotel resort especially the friendliness of all the staff. Plenty of pools to chose from and we watched the sunset in the Jacuzzi pool which was really special. We opted for the buffet dinner at 20JD which was good value and the buffet was amazing.

This 4-star resort in Jordan is situated at the lowest spot on earth. The family oriented resort has outdoor pools with water slides and a terrace overlooking the Dead Sea. The hotel offers free WiFi.... The food variety was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The facilities are great !

A mi gusto el mejor resort para pasar unos días con vistas al mar muerto. Tiene una playa privada para disfrutar de la experiencia del Mar. Hay pileta para adultos sin niños si queres estar más tranquilo. El desayuno completisimo y la cena buffet también. Tiene otros 3 restó , mucha variedad. La atención del personal roza lo excesivo, realmente un placer.

What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort.
