Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and spa and wellness centre, Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi offers 4 dining options. It is located 3 km from the pristine Ranchi Lake. This was our second stay in Radison blu, Ranchi. The experience was even better than the first one. We arrived early in the morning around 10am and staff were able to accommodate by proving early check-in for two rooms despite the hotel seems busy during the wedding/festival season in India. Guest relation team were excellent! We have been well acknowledged upon arrival and taken well care during the process. I want to say BIG thank you to Ms. Sanaya who was extremely co-operative, polite, prompt in service, humble ,smiling and caring. During the check in process, while waiting in the area my 2 years old son got hurt himself while playing. Ms Sanaya immediately managed to get first aid box and also provided ice to provide relief. My son was fine later on. She also arranged cake for us that too within 30-45 minutes from the request to surprise my parents in law in the second room. This characterize excellent customer service. Hotel ambiance was perfect, especially the lobby. Restaurant food was amazing with lot of good spread. We liked the local dishes on the Morning breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel for the wonderful experience in your stay.

Cleanliness of room was done everyday of my 6 to 7days stay. Cleanliness staff a lady was very cordial. Dinning was average. Front desk staff Mr. Sumit Kr. Chandra was very helpful.

Accommodation and location was very good. I am an old visitor to Deoghar , I did not expect such hotel there.

Located right next to the highway, this hotel is an ideal choice if you are on a road trip. The price was very reasonable, staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious, with a good view of the highway. It was also very quiet.
