All linens and bedding were exceptional, we were able to relax the minute we would enter our suite and had the best sleep ever. The private swimming pool was exquisite.

A children’s heated pool, playground and animation program are provided for younger guests. The hotel was beautiful and all the facilities excellent. Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

It features spacious rooms with Mediterranean Sea views, and offers 2 swimming pools (one of them heated from October until April), 6 share pools, A la carte restaurant, wellness Spa, Fitness Center and a tennis court. Everything was well taken care of. The views from the restaurants were amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The facility is really big. There is also a small bus taking you down to the beach area which is great.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made as feel welcome with their smiles and professional service. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to the pool and beach. We had an amazing meal at the a la carte restaurant. The hotel manager Anna went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Cleanliness, staff and overall accommodations are top notch. Our room was large, perfectly clean and had essentially everything you would need during your stay. Staff is very professional, helpful and absolutely delightful. The rooms, pool, breakfast and snack bar were nothing short of amazing. Really looking forward to coming back next year.
