The architecture and design were beautifully traditional yet modern, offering a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The view and serenity of the lake from my room was the best part of my stay as was the excellent breakfast served near the pool area. The furnishings of the hotel, lounges and restaurant were superb. I was also able to check in early which was very much appreciated.

All guests can enjoy breakfast served in the privacy of their rooms. We have stayed here previously & the breakfast is very good, with a large variety of options. The buffet is well laid out & has descriptions of each dish, which are all labelled. The room itself is lovely & the temperature was perfect. At the back of the hotel is the Epirus Palace Farm, well worth a visit. In addition, beside the farm is a ‘Doggy Park’, which is well laid out & our little border terrier thoroughly loved it. A perfect dog friendly hotel.

Facilities include a spa centre with double whirlpool bath, professional massage chairs, power plate, sauna and hammam. There is also a communal pool and an outdoor hot tub. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of handmade and local products. You can have an access to the sauna jacuzzi and massage chair which is relaxing. We enjoyed the view at any time ! George’s and all the staff were super welcoming !

Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional, local style that gave it a unique touch. It was also very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the local pies and desserts. My favorite part of the stay was having coffee by the pool in the morning with the city view in the distance. I also appreciated the delicious welcome treats, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated in-house. For guests with children, Golden Rooms provides kids pool, an indoor play area and a baby safety gate. Guests can relax near the outdoor fireplace at the apartment. Staff were wonderful, in difficult circumstances they were extremely supportive and obliging. Great breakfast, room was large and beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Only a 5 euro taxi drive into Ioannina.

You can play billiards, table tennis and darts at the resort, and the area is popular for hiking and snorkelling. The whole resort was just amazing! The views were incredible. The staff was outstanding! Cleaning service was quick and thorough! The food for a buffet was amazing and had many options! The beach service was great too, the water was kinda wavy when we were there but it was still great! They got us cakes for mine and my husband’s birthdays which we didn’t expect and we told them beforehand that we were going there for our honeymoon and they had a lot of good stuff waiting for us in the room! Other than having loud upstairs neighbors the last 2 days everything else was an Amazing experience!!!
