The staff was amazing the day and night shift . A special highlight was the jacuzzi in the room — such a great and thoughtful idea that made the experience feel extra luxurious. I also tried a massage at the spa, and it was simply incredible. Teresa, the therapist, deserves special recognition — one of the best body therapists I’ve ever met in my life. Her technique, energy, and professionalism are truly exceptional. The service overall was outstanding. The staff were polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome at every moment. Everything was on a high level — I would definitely return and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
