Booked last minute, and was pleasantly surprised at the super-friendly staff. We travel with a large dog, so we don't always expect a friendly welcome, but the staff was more than accomodating and even asked if we needed anything for our dog...!!! Nobody has ever asked if we need anything for our dog! I was more than positively surprised! The rooms and the decor are very cool (the hallways need a bit of a touch up here and there). Very clean, very comfortable beds with a wonderful view. A 10 minute walk outside the old town. Would definitely recommend to others, and definitely stay here again.

Of the two rooms we booked, one room was clean upon arrival. The view from the room of the bridge is beautiful. Room has nice amenities with Nespresso machines and kettle. Robes are super comfy. Hôtel & Espace Bien-être La Maison du Lierre is located in Biarritz, 300 metres from the beach and 5 minutes from the convention centres Bellevue, Casino and Gare du Midi as well as 100 metres from... Beautiful old French building. Room was perfect, lovely shower and a nice spacious balcony. Air con was good too as it was quite hot outside when we stayed. Overall very comfortable.
