The property is very new, clean a tastefully furnished. Our room (very spacious) came with fully equipped kitchen, which was especially handy as we like to cook during vacations. You can se that there was a lot of thought and passion put into the design of the apartment, with some touches of humour. The shower room is huge and super clean. Beds comfy, large dining table, big tv if you need, second bathroom. We would stay there again. For cooking, the basics such as salt and cooking oil you will need to bring yourself, but just about everything else you think you might need, is there. Location wise, it is only a 5 min bus (line 260) from Bad Schandau, and you can easily start your hike to many directions from the apartment. And the apartment is on a busy road but you don't really hear the traffic.

The appartment is very spacious, bathrooms are huge, very good equiped kitchen. There is a barbeque place with barbeque equipment. The place is close to the most intetesting places, trails.

The apartment was beautifully clean, finished to a high standard, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was a wonderful view from the balcony, the surrounding village was lovely, and there are a number of excellent hikes directly from the house. Highly recommend!

The pearl of Saxon Switzerland welcomes you in the center of Bad Schandau, 100 metres from the River Elbe in the Saxon Switzerland region. The Elbresidenz features a 1,600 m² rooftop spa. Staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was superb. We've stayed at this location several times, and I think over the 4 or so times we've been there, things have continuously improved from excellent to outstanding. The management and staff at this location are truly doing a great job.
