I was supposed to stay only one day, but ended up booking 4 extra nights. Staff was simply THE BEST. Both the front desk and the guides are super nice people, and helpful as well. The kitchen staff was also so nice and welcoming. Rahul, Guillermo, Flor, Armando, Pancho, Pilar, everyone was just the best people I could ask for! Such awesome human beings and great employees as well. Food was awesome, to be in the park is just magical. I recommend this place for everyone, especially after a long hike in the park. Can't take this place out of my mind. Looking forward to coming back!

Offering all-inclusive packages for 3, 4 or 5 nights, Tierra Patagonia, located by Sarmiento Lake, has panoramic views of Torres del Paine National Park. The hotel features a spa with a steam room, sauna, heated pool, hydromassage tub and hot tub. Massage sessions and facial and body treatments with stones and natural elements can be arranged for an extra fee. The hotel is outstanding. Excellent service from our tour guide Patricio.

The hotel features beauty treatments at the spa and offers guests the possibility to experience being a Baqueano, or Chilean cowboy during one of the several offered excursions. These excursions are included in the all-inclusive rates and are available for an extra fee with regular rates. Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
