Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Nice rooms and confortable. The area is quite and we could relax. The staff is friendly and there to help you at any time. They provide free bus tickets, which is really helpful. The bus station is right near the hotel.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. The half board is strongly recommended and a wonderful deal! The staff was amazing. The location was 10 feet from the pedestrian area and across the street from the bus stop and near to a funicular.
