Lovely spa, we enjoyed after the massages. Very nice breakfast, lovely view and located next to a beautiful park leading to the town centre. TV has many international channels in a few languages. Very comphy bed, great shower.

The staff from the pool area to the front desk were so friendly and kind. We arrived tired. We had let them know we had bicycles in advance which they treated as no big deal and organised storing them no trouble. They were so welcoming and very professional. Beautiful setting in the Tuscan countryside with stunning views. The property can be a little hard to find and carrying bags takes some effort, but it’s worth it once you arrive. Louis at reception was exceptional and very helpful (jumped in a car to show us our room when we couldn’t find it), and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. If management of the hotel are reading this, a special call out for two gentlemen waiters at Cantina de Redi on the night of the 23rd of September. They were excellent and helped the kitchen accommodate our picky little eater :). Overall, a memorable stay.
