They go over and beyond to help and / or provide high quality service. As the building is accross the street from the sea it's literally just a few steps from the pool of the inner garden. You get a short free massage at the arrival and you can extend it for a fee. So we tried the wellness facility as well and had a great and relaxing experience. Starting of the reception; the welcoming and the support, they are amazing. Quiet rooms, good beds. The spa was a different experience, educated of how to do their job.
