Our room was large and comfortable, and the Hotel’s decor and facilities are modern— Spa, pool, meeting rooms. Staff were very friendly, professional and always answered with a smile. We enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were excellent. The Hotel is not centrally located, but only a bus ride away (10 Minutes), from the CBD and Old Town. The large, secure parking garage is a bonus.

The hotel is exceptional in its design and interiors. Service was impeccable. Hotel setting above the sea was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast was fantastic and included their own-made basque sheep cheese and yoghurt, fresh bread and home-made cake. All with plenty of good quality fresh espresso coffee. The view of the sea from the small dining room was beautiful.

The location of the apartment was outstanding for our needs. It is directly opposite a beautiful beach and an easy walk into the San Sebastián town. The apartment itself is beautifully kept inside and a real family home which we loved. It was everything we could have hoped for.

Beautiful, brand new hotel built on the top of a hidden hill in San Seb ... with onsite parking AND an elevator to take you down to street level. The rooms were elegant and very spacious with all the amenities (safe, coffee bar, mini bar, hairdryer)

I really appreciate everything. The property of the room and the spa inside the hotel at your disposal with previous booking. I especially wanted to thank Janet for the spa service and Javier of the reception team. They both were very welcoming and professional and I can tell it cause I worked as a receptionist too ;)

Excellent room with a view, spacious terrace for early morning coffe and late evening sunset, continental breakfast was excellent, great variety of food, cofees and pastries, big confy bed, spacious parking, walking distance to the beach, shops, cruises, museums and restaurants! Excellent stay!!! Loved'it!

the location is perfect, the kitchen has everything you need to cook , we had a washing machine that we used to do some laundry and it is a very spacious living room
