Fantastically welcoming staff and great location for our stay. We enjoyed the concierge staff the bar the spa and the rooms. Unfortunately it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the jaw droppingly gorgeous roof top terrace and bar. Heartily recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the city by foot and the C30 bus to Alahambra stops right in front of it. Our room was perfect - soundproof, lovely view, comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming and I was very happy that we could leave our luggage at reception after checkout. I recommend the hotel 100%.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and friendly. It was very easy to come and go, and it was in a very good position to visit the things we wanted to see. The food and drink we had was excellent.

Location was ideal for exploring Granada and the Alhambra. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff really were very helpful, approachable and full of useful advice. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The view from the rooftop bar was exceptional as the sun set over the Alhambra it was a wonderful place to have a drink. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a fresh selection of breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit and cereal.

A beautiful, well maintained hotel. Room was spacious, common areas very nice. A wonderful breakfast was included. The restaurant meal was delicious. The use of the water/soap features was great. I loved the scent throughout the hotel! Staff extremely accommodating and friendly.
