All the staff was very kind, especially Henni and Mohammed from the reception which were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is around a kilometer from the Marina and the beach. The hotel provides a regular shuttle service from hotel. The breakfast and the lunch were great and tasty. I had an excellent and relaxing stay at the hotel. The hotel meets expectations perfectly, staff is outstanding friendly and helpful, breakfast is more than enough, we had dinner once and it was better than any other 5* all inclusive I’ve stayed so far in Egypt! Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. FYI, there was no Wi-Fi in my room (I was located on the 2nd floor) but worked well downstairs in the lobby. 10 min walk to the main part with the bars and restaurants. The room is spacious but a bit old, not super clean but just good enough also seen the price. And for me that was what I liked. This is a reasonable not so resort style hotel in a town with resorts.
