The hotel is located near the Main Train Station. I was received warmly by the courteous and efficient staff member. My room was ample, quiet and comfortable. I appreciated how the breakfast was proportioned -- well thought design to reduce food waste. The bowl full of apples and chocolate bites at the reception was very welcoming. Thank you.

We loved the cleanliness, the comfort of the room. The staff was very kind to us. The location is a plus point, although it is not so close to the central station, there are several metro and bus stations; with these you can reach different points of interest in the city. The buffet breakfast is also a bonus. Everything was fine. Another thing that we loved was the initiative to take care of the environment... we thought it was very good.

When we book pet friendly we never expect it to be so good. Pets are welcomed here and above all free of charge. I highly recommend and I'll try to stay in more Dormero hotels elsewhere whenever possible. All the commodities are excellent, I recommend the restaurant and the breakfast. All staff were 5*.

Everything was as we expected and even more. We stayed at this hotel for the Mercedes-Benz Museum which was very close, ~5 min walk. The river and the old town with the restaurants and things were also in walkable distance. This hotel is also excelent for arena events.
