The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, beautiful dishes, warm water and drinkable water. The private bathroom clean and modern was more than expected. Last but not least, very quiet surrounded by nature and very easy access to the center of town with the used of the trams and buses. I appreciated the host explained to us which bus to take to get to the lake Zurich and we had a swim on our very first day which will be one of our greatest memory. The host granted us a few hours to accommodate our needs on our day of checking out.

The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. The apartment was clean and as described. It was not very old, but it was also not modern. The beds are comfortable but the bed-sofa was not very comfortable. Communication was good and fast. Self-check in was also very easy.

Lovely spacious apartment- much bigger than the photos! Place for everyone. Ideally located. The tram was so close by. 30 mins to the airport by tram and train. Very clean and so warm- great after coming in from the Christmas market 😊 ( only 3 stops on the tram 🚋) Check in and check out was so smooth . We would certainly recommend this apartment 👍
