Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Great hotel! The pool was amazing. When we arrived it was raining so it fit perfectly to us haha. Also, we were expecting just a pool with warm water but were pleasantly surprised that it also had hydromassage. Breakfast was very good and the staff as well.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. We were really happy with hotel and would visit again. Lovely cosy modern colour scheme. Great info available on the TV. Matterhorn view great and good proximity to village and all its amenities. We found the breakfast to be excellent with a wide range of hot and cold options. Happy to recommend this hotel. Very good value for location and facilities.

The hotel restaurant is one of the longest running in the village. Very spacious and nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds. Each room had a balcony. There is elevator access to the rooms. We were able to take our breakfasts to go as we had a 7 am train to catch the next day. We had to order them the night before and they were brought up to our rooms.
