The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was sound proof so we enjoyed a quiet rest. The mountain view from our room was beautiful. Our room was equipped with a washer/dryer which is a plus after being on the road for a few days. The kitchen had everything we needed, we were super comfortable and happy. We had a rental car to get around but there is a bus stop not to far from Quest that go to Queenstown CBD, the airport and even as far as Arrowtown. We enjoyed staying at Quest and will definitely book here again.

Firstly the view over the lake is stunning, was a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The bed was comfortable, laundry facilities on site. No hesitation in recommending the Alexis.

This is a home away from home property it has everything you need. We found it to be the perfect location. It is away from the very busy areas of Queenstown, close to the airport, shops and good restaurants which are not too expensive. It is ideal for two couples travelling together. It has a lovely view of the Shotover River sunrise in the morning. John and Anne are wonderful hosts, we had lovely soup waiting for us on arrival. Their home is beautiful and cosy, our best stay in NZ so far.

The host Peggy was lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was far more than I expected and was lovely sat there with view of the lake.
