You can walk from the train station. The place is also near two places to have good meals (from breakfast to dinner). There is also a good roast chicken restaurant nearby (heading back to the train station). Our room was very large, new and had all the right facilities, kitchen etc. I really liked the onsen of the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent. Snooker table was a cool addition. Staff was super kind and helpful. 15 min. drive from a ski park, 20 min. from Karuizawa city center.

The key lock wasn’t working well, but the host was friendly and came to help very quickly. The kitchen was amazing—we had a great time making hot pot with my friends. All the equipment was excellent.

Very clean and comfortable. Feels at home with all utensils, washing detergent and equipments provided. Host comes daily to change bath and face towel and refilled coffee and tea bags. It was above our expectation.
