Made very welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Amazingly helpful staff. Room spacious and clean with lovely terrace. tea and coffee in room. Bar with lovely outside area for the evening. Pool/hammam/jacuzzi so appreciated after a hard day biking.

Located in the heart of Les Saisies Ski Resort, Decorated in a traditional alpine style, all en suite rooms are north facing and feature a TV and a telephone.

The minute we arrived, we were taken care of so well. My husband had made a mistake with the booking and the Manager did his absolute best to accommodate us and solve the issue. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, charming with a great view! The service on all levels during our stay was the impeccable! Last but not least, the restaurant of the hotel had excellent variety with local ingredients and beautiful presentation! The family running this establishment was so genuine, kind, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome! we highly recommend this hotel!

We were made extremely welcome by the hosts, even though we were only staying one night and were the only guests. Mareille drove down to collect us from the bottom of the steep, winding access road, and she took us back down to our car the next day. Despite only modest language skills, we all had a very enjoyable conversation over the delicious homely dinner. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable.
