Really nice staff! They were so helpful and patient. We were put in a newer room and it was big. We went in the summer, so it was super hot, but the fan they provided really helped.

The position was good. Thanks to the girl who answered my phone and asked where to leave the room keys after check-out They tried to get in touch with me by the Booking.com messaging platform but I did not receive any message, I saw it very late. I contacted Booking.com to tell them about this problem but nobody resolved it. I would like to come back maybe for holidays.

Everything was so beautiful that we felt like we were at a resort. The restaurant team was extremely accommodating and friendly also(especially Vali). The food was also excellent. And there is a nice playground for the children. We will stay here again in the future.

Cosy hotel in an area where it's not easy to find anything decent. This is very decent accommodation at a good price. Very friendly staff, overall a good experience and would happily recommend to anyone. Nice location near a big lake.
