My wife and I spent one night in Olympia Hotel during our climbing trip in Saastal. Beautiful location! Great views on the mountains surrounding the valley. Very quite place which we appreciated a lot! Very good breakfast. We stayed in one of deluxe double rooms with beautiful old swiss style furniture. Definitely worth recommending!

Great ski holiday. Nice accommodation with fantastic half board option with traditional Swiss menus. Very well run hotel with very friendly staff. Also got to enjoy some Fastnacht events while we were there.

The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. Where to start? The place is a little island of peace and quietness in the middle of a forrest. At the same time, it is extremely close to the village (15 minutes walking distance). In addition, there is a private transport service organised by the hotel, which was extremely convenient for skiing. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They go the extra mile to make your stay nothing less than perfect, and do so while creating a very personal atmosphere. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which offers a very good selection of local and European dishes, and the wine selection is exquisite. Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

The location of the Montela resort was near the bus stop " unter den Berg " in Saas Grund . The friendly staff and the whole place was just amazing . Very clean and in the kitchen you have everything you need . Even cheese fondue and raclette pans , Nespresso machine ( with a few Nespresso capsules ) ,tea bags , olive oil and balsamic vinegar . The included Saastal card was very convenient .
