I lead with this even though the apartment was fabulous. All the owners across Sicily have been responsive and accommodating and really a pleasure to deal with but Carla is in a league of her own. She is super responsive and helpful. We were having trouble locating the apartment (even though she gave excellent written directions and a location finder) and she was driving, she pulled over, we turned on the camera and she drove us right to the door. She was completely responsive whenever we had other questions. The apartment is fantastic also. It feels recently renovated with a lot of love put into it. Location is fantastic, is extremely quiet and then walk 1-2 minutes and you are on the main street of the old town with everything around you. Easy 10 and highly recommend booking.

Everything from the location, communication with the host, the quality of the apartment were first class. The building was steeped in history and character with a charming little elevator but on entering the apartment, it was open, spacious and modern. The quality of everything from the decor, facilities and appliances were absolutely beautiful showcasing Italian style and design. Security was also excellent, allowing us to feel very safe. Riccardo gave us a dozen recommendations for bars, restaurants and places to visit, of which we tried 7 of them. Unfortunately we ran out of time to try the rest as every one of his recommendations was fantastic, allowing us to find out-of-the-way places we never would have found on our own. If we had a question, his reply was immediate and helpful. If we ever have the chance to visit Palermo again, this would be our first choice every time!

It features with a secured parking, which is really convenient. The room is clean and quiet. Best part is the host, they are so welcoming and helpful, I had wonderful time at their place.

The location of the apartment is very much in the center. There is a nice view from the 2 balconies. There is plenty of natural light, which, for me, is very important. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything you might need. The coffee was much appreciated. The interaction with Francesca was very smooth, and so was the check-in process. She agreed with an earlier check-in, fow which I am grateful. I warmly recommend it.
