Very clean and I had everything I needed and more. I really appreciate that everything was working well, the AC, shower, wifi,... Getting to the room was a little like going through escape room, but Marco made everything very clear and was always there to help. I especially loved the big bathroom and a balcony, I could stayed there for longer. Highly reccomend, especially for solo travelers!

They would make us coffee, bring us amazing pastries and had brilliant recommendations for food in the region. If I could rate the property 11 out of 10, I would. It’s the best place we have stayed from all the different ones we have ever done with booking.com. The location is perfect to be able to base yourself and visit as we did Matera one day, Alberobello and Polignano e mare the next and Lecce and south another.

A recently renovated property, Il Pavone is situated in Taranto near Taranto Sotterranea, National Archaeological Museum of Taranto Marta and Castello Aragonese. The bed is super comfortable!!! And Angelo is super super nice, he saved me a parking lot!!!!!!!! The room is also very functional, I love everything! The location is also perfect! Recommend to couples or solo travelers want to have some privacy.
