They helped us all throughout the holiday and also before via Whatsapp which was very convenient as they were very responsive. The view was amazing - just like in a movie! Although it was away from the city centre, it was well worth it for the beautiful views, and the shuttle service made getting around easy. Cannot recommend it enough!

Akihome Portanova mempunyai balkon dan berlokasi di Napoli, hanya berjarak 5 menit jalan kaki dari Gereja San Gregorio Armeno dan 300 m dari Chiesa dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo. Everything was perfect. The apartment is in the center of Naples. The hosts met us and explained everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. They were always available on WhatsApp and we could ask questions at any time. They left a LOT of tangerines, apples, three types of cereals, croissants, toast bread, yogurts, milk, butter, etc. for breakfasts, We drank coffee every day but did not use all the capsules they left for the machine. The apartment is new and was even decorated for Christmas. You can choose different types of lighting; dim, bright, side, from the ceiling... A grocery store is one block away. The apartment has an inductive cooker that works well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking dinners and breakfasts. A very good and inexpensive pizzeria is round the corner. A tourist services kiosk is two blocks away (we bought tickets to Vesuvius there and they were cheaper than a tour available online). It is only 20 minutes away from the train station and 20 min away in the other direction to the main square of the city. I read other reviews and expected it to be perfect, and it did not fail my great expectations.
