The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. We thought we would have to drive to the city center, but we were able to walk there in about 30 minutes, which was much better than trying to find parking in the center. The apartment is in a quiet area with convenient parking, and there's a supermarket right nearby. We were given fruits, candies, cheesecake and even delicious homemade tomatoes, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hosts are genuinely the nicest people I have ever met! They deserve the highest possible rating for their accommodation and wonderful service! We truly felt like at home and really enjoyed our time there.

It is a pebble beach but there is a sandy beach nearby as well. The beach is a prime spot for sunsets. There is a bus stop to get to the city center within walking distance from the apartment as well as a supermarket. The street was nice and quiet, the beach as well. We were there at the end of June so there were not many people, it was not crowded or noisy at all. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious fridge, a freezer, a kettle, and everything you might need. There is a common seating area on the patio and drying racks where we could let our swimsuits air dry. Communication with the host was seamless, done through WhatsApp where she sent all the info regarding the keys, the area, and answered all the questions we had. I definitely recommend this place.

The location is good and it is close to the main bus station and city center. Shops is close also and a large shopping center. The old town and coast are very close, about 8 minutes' walk. The apartment is clean, pretty and with a large comfortable bed, TV, coffee machine, towels etc. I had what I needed in the apartment for my short trip. The host was kind and always answered on all questions quickly and kind.

The accommodation was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the beach truly couldn't have been any closer – literally just 5 meters away. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, paying attention to even the smallest details, which made our stay so comfortable. I would highly recommend this amazing spot to anyone, especially if you are traveling with dogs and love enjoying beautiful sunsets on the beach :) A special thank you to our wonderful hosts for the delicious dinner, especially our new friend Andrea! Aurum Ponte Deluxe apresenta uma varanda e localiza-se em Zadar, apenas a cerca de 14 minutos a pé de Praia de Maestrala e 400 m de Palace of the Governor General. Location was excellent. Property was beautiful. It was well insulated from noise so it was easy to sleep. We loved the coffee bars and bakery right next to the building. Owner was very accommodating allowing drop off luggage and early check in. The balcony was perfect to relax and have some wine. One of the only stays where he checked in with us making sure all was good. We also were surprised that they left a small gift for us which my wife loved. Excellent experience in every way.
