The little studio apartment is gorgeous and spacious and in a perfect location to explore the city. Can really recommend!!

The property is beautiful and it has private parking, which is important if you are traveling to Syros with a car (it’s very difficult to find on street parking). The hosts were lovely and very welcoming and the terrace has a lovely view. I highly recommend it.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner, who was very welcoming. The studio is spacious and has everything you need for a stay, and is 3 minutes walk from the beautiful Kini beach. The highlight is definitely the terrace.

Nice patio (incl. friendly car). Very friendly and helpful owners. Air conditioning worked great (and was needed). Easy access and parking. Great location for both Kini and Delphine. Cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful location! On a quiet street, very close to the main centre and the bus station. Also close to a supermarket, which was great for our self catered breakfasts. Extremely attentive host, who was so helpful, and responded very quickly to our questions and requests.

Dias Studios is set on the seafront in Azolimnos, a few steps from Azolimnos Beach and 6.2 km from Saint Nicholas Church. Featuring sea and mountain views, this apartment also features free WiFi. Location is great, just a few steps away from the sandy beach. Amazing crystal clear water. Bus stop, market, restaurants are all within 100 meters. 15 mins to Ermoupolis by bus. I stayed 20 days and had a nice room with a small balcony. Large bathroom. The room cleaned daily, spotless. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Definitely I recommend the place. The owners, Lambros and Maria, are very warm and friendly persons. They even met me at the port when I arrived at 4:00 am. I sprained my ankle one night and they were with me at the hospital. Later that week, Lampros drove me to the hospital several times, took care of all the formalities there and even did my groceries. Maria prepared a nice dish for me and helped me with my injections. They made sure I followed the doctors orders and took very good care of me. I would like to thank them once again for the attention, hospitality and love they showed me.

The property was beyond our dreams! Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful balcony with great view. AMAZINGLY clean! The services were astonishing. We loved everything! Totally recommended!!
