The reception team was very kind and polite. Beds were comfy, but I wish that the twin beds were properly joined before our arrival, as requested. It was very clean and floor heating was a bonus. For sure we'll return here!

Excellent transport links with DLR / River Bus & Bus within 600 meters.... The apartment is so clean, comfortable and convenient. It has everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were so comfortable including the sofa bed. There was plenty of room for 3 adults. The kitchen has everything you need and the whole apartment is spotless. The location is fabulous. Tower Bridge is just around the corner. Tube stations are so close, within 5 mins walking distance. Love there is a Tesco grocery store underneath the apartment and Starbucks is just across the street. I would definitely stay here again. You cannot beat the value and location.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. The room was much more spacious than expected. Location is amazing with many coffee places and bars around. Right behind Buckingham Palace and close to Victoria station which makes it extremely easy to get places. Staff was always very welcoming and nice.
