We liked everything. Good location, quiet street - if you like walking, it’s a 50-minute walk to the center, and if by tram, then about 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia. It was clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. A well-thought-out combination lock system - no need to meet for transfer of keys.

As soon as you entered the room, you could immediately sense the smell of cleanliness and freshness. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rome’s central station, Termini. The owner was very attentive and kind, always trying to accommodate every possible request. The instructions for entering and reaching the apartment were clear and detailed, making it easy for someone unfamiliar with the area to find their way, no matter the time of arrival.

This was such a lovely place to stay and the price was a real bargain. The room was perfect and very well designed. It was clean and very comfortable. The shared area for breakfast was clean and having breakfast offered as part of the stay was such a nice touch! The place is a 5 minute walk to the station, it is in a great location. I would certainly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. I also loved that the host kept in touch with us to see if everything was okay - which it was, it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. Mr. Gayan was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!

    For me it was very well located close to my family in Rome, to the east of the city. Easy to get into the centre of Rome by Metro, tram or bus. It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

    Self catering so kitchen had a coffee pod machine, microwave, small cooker hob, kettle, toaster and small table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Each room had a small table and 2 chairs. Good location, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just down the road. Bedrooms were a good size with shutters to screen out the sun. Comfortable beds.
