The owner was very nice and flexible. The apartement itself is clean and nice, even better than on the photos! We were very lovely suprised, definately worth it for the price, as well close to the city center and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near.

This apartment is located on the edge of town but in easy walk to the centre. 2 blocks from main street where there are shops, cafes, supermarkets. Druna and her family made us very welcome to their apartment. It's located on the ground floor, with private entry, icy cold air cons and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen has basics to get by if you want to cook in. Washing machine was very handy as well. Highly recommended, Druna and her girls were very helpful with any queries, we loved our stay here.

Everything else was just top notch. Rooms were the best. Communication with the owner was very easy and understandable Located near to the city centre and market was an advantage. Haven't got much chance to be inside the room as we were exploring but the least time we spend in the room we wished to have more days of stay in the place. Overall i will always this place if i ever want to stay in Berrat.

Spacious two bedroom apartment set on the hillside with lovely sunny outdoor balconies overlooking the river below. The living area was open plan and the main bedroom came with an ensuite and curtained shower. The kitchen comes with a stove top and small fridge. The cooking equipment was very suitable for a couple. The rooms in winter are heated by reverse cycle air. The property comes with two internal car spaces accessed by a narrow road which is very typical for Berat. The apartment we were allocated was accessed by several flights of stairs. The owner sent us amazingly informative readings on Berat, surrounding area and where to eat and buy food. Also supplied was a detailed map on how to find the property. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs. This property was great value for money and would happily return again.
