Hotel is in a good location and walkable to beach, restaurants, shopping and the pier. But hotel was run down and needs a major update & upgrade. Front desk was not responsive to report of noisy guests next to us.

Compared to the rest of Southern California, it was pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness, no graffiti, and the traffic flowed well. There was adequate choices of shopping and restaurants. Nice and pleasant over all. It wasn't infested with gangs like the rest of the state is. OOPS, I forgot, that is who runs that state!

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, it’s in a good prime position but Needs serious work to make it decent ( clean and in good repair)
Very dated and dirty - pool was closed by authorities only a week ago because of this
Sofa in the room was disgustingly dirty and the carpet was filthy
The hairdryer did work it only if you held a button in the whole time ( almost impossible to use) my husband had to press in the button while I dried my hair !
2 nights here was way too long
Being charged $30 to park was poor too and of our 6 week trip this is the only place we paid to park in the grounds

I can't stop bragging about the location of this property.
I can't stop bragging about the location of this property. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Since the dog beach is only about 1.5 miles away the dogs had a great time meeting new friends. The price was reasonable and I would absolutely stay again and again and again!! Don't miss out on this hidden gem!

The thing about Huntington Beach is if you come on a Monday, it’s not as crowded as the weekend. On Tuesdays nights, they have a little festival for the locals with crafts paintings really amazing food and multiple entertainers an old classic rock band with too many more features to acknowledge, this is on Main Street I came to go surf the pier and it was the best. I also went to Costa Mesa to see the Chargers football training camp which is only 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend Huntington Beach everybody’s really nice.

We went down for a concert and did not spend much time in the room. But when we were there, it was great. It was a fraction of the price as the other hotels in the area. For the price, it was excellent. The staff was very accommadating and very kind. Close walk to the beach and to a local coffee shop. Excellent for the price.
The location was perfect! It is right across the street from a shopping center, food, and even a movie theater! Its about a 8 minute drive from the Huntington beach but i did not mind! The hotel was so clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I have already stayed here twice because I loved it so much.
We had a beautiful ocean-front room. The room had comfortable beds and a beautiful soaking tub. Fresh-baked cookies awaiting us when we checked in was such a sweet treat. The hotel was adorable, full of beach accents, free coffee and snacks in the morning. We can't wait to go back!
The hotel is beautiful, pool and hot tubs are so nice. Location is unbeatable.
Roof top terrace is gorgeous, and the food was really good. Very $$ but very good.
Our room was a good size, with a huge shower. Balcony overlooking the pool / ocean (on the side), was so nice.
I will never stay at this hotel again. These pictures are completely wrong, this is not what the hotel looks like in the rooms. Do not look like these. The people running this hotel are completely rude. I give this hotel a zero I will never be back.
the staff are very nice and helpful especially April, I came for work and I will recommend the hotel to all my colleagues and I would like to stay there again and again,
thank you all for your hospitality :)

Room was well equipped, comfortable and sufficiently convenient but far away from the central activity of f Huntington Beach. Our maid Maria was excellent, dealing with an incident where we spilled coffee on the bed.
Loved the library of vinyl records and the record player in the room! Also liked the courtyard, the social hour and happy hour. Great effort by the hotel staff to make us feel at home! Thank you!
This hotel is really cute. The room was very clean. The stairway could use a new coat of paint. Great area, close to beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Will stay again for these prices.
It's a great location for huntingdon Beach one mile from the sea, tidy little place. The owner is great and very nice/helpful. Good price vs the hotels on the beach front
Very clean and cosy family run hotel. the bed was super comfortable and the area was very quiet. It was a 30 second walk to the beach. A wonderful stay.
