Great location, staff was great, very comfortable.
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.
Wax museum was great . We loved frizzle farmhouse cafe.
Wax museum was great . We loved frizzle farmhouse cafe. Blake Shelton’s restaurant Ole Red was great. Loved the homemade tater tots. Great smoky mountains national park was fun we saw 8 bears. We did have a lot of traffic but we parked and walked to a lot of the activities in town.

It reminded us of Branson, MO. It was a playground for sure.
It reminded us of Branson, MO. It was a playground for sure. Great for folks of all ages. We ate at the Timberwood Grill and it was real good. It was easy although congested, getting around town. We used the trolley for some transportation... $3/day is a deal.
We like Local Fare.... so we avoid the chain places that you see in every tourist area in the country. To me that really kind of cheapened Pigeon Forge. I looked for a more local, authentic feel.

Pigeon forge and surrounding towns kinda all run together.
Pigeon forge and surrounding towns kinda all run together. Numerous adventures await from thrift shops to outlet shopping. Local dining to chain restaurants. Hotels everywhere. Cabins winding up mountains. Resorts. Dollywood is a must at least once. We had issues with our hotel. Traffic is usually stop & go, holidays it's a long long time to move even a block! From now on we'll stay further out of town. If you stay right off main drag there's a lot that's walkable . Cades Cove is close by. Chances to see lots of wildlife, beautiful landscape with some historical sights

I enjoy visiting Pigeon forge it is so peaceful there.
Great gift shops and restaurants. People are very friendly. I love the mountains. I will keep going there every chance I can. Planning another trip there in few months.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, lovely warm welcome at reception where you can help yourself to donuts, coffee, fruit & lemonade. The room was perfect, bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, lovely pool area with pool toys and hot tub. Fire pit with music in the evening and smores. Plenty of parking and walking distance to The Island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Added bonus of breakfast vouchers for Reagan's pancake house.
They allowed early check in and slightly later check out and let us hang about until our transfer to Nashville. The staff were just so lovely and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend and if I'm ever back this way, I'll definitely book another visit. During my two week stay in America Ive been in several hotels, this topped them all!
The location of the property was perfect. You could walk the strip in pigeon forge, which was nice and convenient. Everything and everywhere we had to travel was close and not a super far drive. It was also mine and my husband’s wedding weekend, and the staff were so very kind and constantly asked if we needed anything while we were getting ready.
Rooms are very affordable. Great location. Rooms were very clean. Loved the balcony where you could go out and watch the ducks in the creek behind the hotel. Had a problem with a toilet handle breaking and it was fixed by the time we got back to the room. Hotel is conveniently located on the Parkway close to shops amd attractions.
Typical hotel breakfast..was kept clean and stocked
Room was very clean, cleanest we have had in pigeon forge, fresh remodel..location was great, right off parkway, so easy to get in and out of lot,but right around corner from lumberjacks,,close to everything,,and bowling right across street if you enjoy that
The hotel is located on the main road full of attractions in Pigeon Forge but it is set back and we didn’t find the road noise to be an issue. The staff and facilities are nice but the rooms are dated. Bed was comfortable though and breakfast was good with many selections. The pools were nice too.
This is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. The hotel is always clean and tidy, breakfast is good, staff is friendly, rooms are big and perfect for families.the pools are fun and it's located in the middle of everything. Always pick this one if it's available!
Hotel Pigeon Forge is in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and what we needed for showers and sleeping as we stayed out, busy with all the things to do in Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains.
Great location next to Dolly Parton's stampede and right on the entertainment strip of Pigeon Forge, but we never had any disruption to our sleep because of that proximity - at night the area was peaceful peaceful easy to sleep in
Great staff, super friendly, hotel was super clean, both pools was clean and hot tub was clean and warm. Breakfast was great. You can walk to places from the hotel if you so desire. I will continue to come back to this hotel!
Breakfast was good - Hotel was clean - staff was very nice - lobby was decorated for Christmas - very pretty -location was good - we didn’t stay across the street at the Inn - location was at convention center
Great location to easily get around pigeon forge, sevierville, and gatlinburg. Very friendly staff, and really nice room for the price. Will stay with them again next time I take a trip out that way.
The location is right in the middle of all the action on the parkway in pigeon forge. The beds were comfy. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Very convenient on the strip in Pigeon Forge, across the way from The old Mill area. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and not crowded at all. My kids loved the free breakfast.
Great and very well maintained hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff members were kind and helpful. We were very happy with our stay there!
