The room was huge and like a studio. We were surprised at how great it was. The neighbourhood is great with lots of restaurants and bars with music so it makes a change from the main strip downtown if you fancy something more chilled.

This place is fantastic, superbly clean, well laid out studios that are comfortable with high end finishings and appliances. Parking was free during our stay (Sunday - Tuesday). There’s plenty of on street parking also. The location of the property is out from the center, but it was only a $5.80 Lyft ride for us, or 35 min walk. We felt safe in the area around the property. 10/10. If we come back to Nashville we will stay here and I will be recommending it to everyone.

We love Nashville! However it has gotten very expensive!
We love Nashville! However it has gotten very expensive! The drinks were very expensive everywhere, but the music in all of the different bars was wonderful! We looked for some of the murals on this trip and really enjoyed it. We saw different parts of Nasville that we had never saw before.

One cannot find true country music in a small bar anymore.
One cannot find true country music in a small bar anymore. Every bar on Broadway played music that could be heard 4 blocks away, so there was an unpleasant cacaphony of extremely loud sound most of the day.We chose a couple of bars and went during the day. We enjoyed Luke Bryan’s the most. Grand Ole Opry and Ryman theatre concerts were terrific. We rented a car for two days and went to Graceland one day, and Franklin the next. We enjoyed these excursions very much. Uber costs just as much as a taxi. We took the Wego bus back and forth to the airport for $2 a trip and only 10 minutes longer trip. Dolly Parton’s restaurant was cute and had reasonable prices, but much bigger than expected and quite noisy. We liked Blanco on Broadway at the Food Assembly Hall for mexican food in a more modern restaurant.

We was late to the airport on 5-5-24.
Nobody there to drive the bus to airport.
Nobody there to tell, at front desk .
Will not recommend a stay overnight, for the parking, or ride to airport.

The Checkered Cab Service was terrible.
The Checkered Cab Service was terrible. Tried to charge their own fees without turning on meter and could hardly lift our baggage into trunk and we ladies had to just about pack it ourselves. Uber was much better.
We loved the room since we have one adult child and a teenager. We really need a second bathroom and this didn’t disappoint. The price was comparable to 2 hotel rooms nearby. We had the convenience of home, but we stayed but a few days. I loved that there was dishwasher & washing machine detergent. Also, we walked everywhere in Nashville in less than 15 minutes. I never felt unsafe. Also the Mexican restaurant visible from our room was absolutely delicious- convenient & late hours- definitely worth a try!
Staff was really helpful. Property was clean as well.
We got lucky to find this place. We drove 10 hours to another hotel that we booked a few weeks prior. Once we got here to Nashville, the hotel we booked through booking.com did not have our reservations and would not work with us. So we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. We found this great hotel. We are happy the other place didn’t work out. We will be staying at another Fairfield Inn, in Chattanooga. Nice hotels.
Facility a few minutes by car from downtown Nashville, in a quiet area. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and large room.
Nearby there are many pubs and clubs and the apartments themselves, on the ground floor, have a comfortable restaurant where you can eat. There would be a parking space inside, but being full and having returned late from the center, we left the car on the street (free) in the surroundings (a safe place without problems).
We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over our lifetime. I'd have to say this was the best one for sure!! The room was huge, clean, and awesome!! The staff was extremely friendly and the dinner happy hour was something I've never seen. 5 to 7, free food and 3 free drinks each!!! Not just cheap beer, hard liquor and the margaritas were super!!! Can't say a bad thing about this hotel. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Best location in downtown Nashville! You are mere blocks and even steps away from popular venues, restaurants and entertainment! We were in town for the Nashville Symphony and had the best weekend.
The hotel was easy to find, good parking (fyi: valet is $45 per overnight stay), very clean and comfortable. They had a large breakfast downstairs but we opted to eat at Kitchen Notes across the street at the Omni (so so good!).
The location was great - just opposite from the football stadium, and a short 10 min walk from the pedestrian bridge that leads directly into hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. This property and the LaQuinta Inn right next door had the best location for walking to downtown among other nearby hotels. Also, even though the hotel looked dated and tired, our room was freshly renovated and clean (no carpet!).
Loved the tropical vibes this hotel has! It’s bright, clean and inviting! Our room was GORGEOUSLY decorated, had all the amenities we needed and the best view of downtown Nashville! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was super friendly, especially at the pool bar Fins and the restaurant. Loved having a Starbucks in the hotel. Would 100% stay there again!
The lady at the front desk was one of the nicest people we’ve ever met at a hotel check in! She was very friendly and gave us some good tips on things to do in Nashville. Told us about the Marathon Village, which we loved, and that we had to get Nashville chicken while were in town, which we also loved! She helped make our experience in Nashville wonderful!
Wow, we loved this place! Such a relaxed vibe in the hotel, very nice staff all over the place).
Perfect location for our 3 days in Nashville. Not too far from downtown but far enough to catch a breath after Broadway (you'll need it!).
Easy access, free parkinglot and 10 minutes with the Uber to downtown.
Big plus, tasty non-alcoholic beer!
The apartment was very nice - clean, big, with 4 comfortable beds and 3 nice bathrooms, AND a fully equipped kitchen. It was cheaper than a hotel room, and the accommodations were much, much better! Close to everything in Germantown, downtown. We walked to the concert at Brooklyn Bowl, walked to all area restaurants, and downtown.
Absolutely everything. I have found the best hotel in Nashville. I will stay here anytime I am in Nashville. The room was superb, the app to control the room and order room service was excellent. The ability to stream from my devices to the tv was an excellent touch. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The hotel was located near I-40 20 min from Downtown Nashville. Construction was in progress, making traffic a little complicated. The hotel was pleasant for the price. No loud noises, quiet. I felt safe staying there. Far as breakfast i did not make. I will return if in area.
Lovely hotel in a great location! Near to the airport, easy to get to Downtown Nashville and nice to have the mall next door too for shopping! Special shout-out to Frankie at Breakfast - such a lovely lady with a beautiful smile and would do anything she could to help you!
The hotel is not bad, the location is near to airport. We use Uber to reach the downtown, but the hotel offers a shuttle bus. The personal is kind and helpful. I like the nature outside the hotel. I think they may to put some tables and chairs for the guests outside.
Location great size room facilities in room friendly helpful staff shuttle bus into Nashville round trip 10dollars would recommend others to stay here nice breakfast could not fault this hotel places to eat nearby could go on
Breakfast was good, rooms serviced daily, staff very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location provided easy access to downtown Nashville. Also lots of places to eat close to the hotel.
The best hotel we've stayed at yet for luxury. They gave us free drinks for our anniversary and a free breakfast because our TV in our original room wasn't working and booked us into an even nicer room.
Great hotel location downtown. I liked the boutique style of the hotel with a strong Nashville vibe.
Enjoyed the bar with the live music, the breakfast and the quality of the room.
good location for the price. we walked into downtown Nashville and it’s def achievable if you’re a walker! good gym and coffee shop nearby. lovely shower! and Netflix included!
