We loved our terrace room and 17:30 dinner wich was carefully curated and delicious. Everything was excellent. This hotel has really good wibe.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. I have been wanting to go to Ito for a very long time and when we started looking for places to stay I saw this gorgeous Ryokan. My family and I stayed there for 3 nights and we were blown away by how amazing it was! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and the room itself was gorgeous and cozy. However my favorite part would have to be the onsen water itself after adventuring around a lot of central Japan the past couple weeks a soak was what we needed and K's house did not disappoint.

33 km from Koibito Misaki Cape in Shimoda, 横川温泉湯殿ととのゆ provides accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, hot tub and open-air bath. The location was perfect for getting away from the busy streets of Tokyo, though I highly recommend renting a (small!) car to get here, as it is tucked away from public trsnsportation routes. Our room was clean, surprisingly well equipped and comfortable. Service was spot on, communication with our host was easy and quick. We never saw any of the staff though, which made the quality of service just that much more impressive. We were the only guests staying here at the time, so we had all facilities to ourselves (an introvert's dream). There were plenty of instructions in english for all the general how-tos, check-in and check-out was easy using the machine. Prepare to face some bugs around the area, we had a few interesting encounters with moths by the entrance. The room itself was equipped with bugspray and deterrents, though we didn't need them as our room was perfectly wildlife free. The bug screen in the private onsen kept the bugs at bay, allowing us to bathe and sleep while enjoying the sounds and smells of the surrounding nature!

Syukaen Yunohanazen asub Atamis, 27 km kaugusel Hakone-Yumoto jaamast, 29 km kaugusel Shuzen-ji templist ja 43 km kaugusel Daruma mäest. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

Aiaga viietärnihotell Oni no Sumika asub Izus, vähem kui 1 km kaugusel Shuzen-ji templist. Selles hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutuses on võimalik privaatselt parkida. E V E R Y T H I N G, this place is phenomenal. The staff are fantastic and couldn’t be more accommodating. It’s been a genuine pleasure to stay at this Japanese hotel… A++++++

Atami Sekaie asub Atamis, 2,6 km kaugusel Atami Suni rannast, 25 km kaugusel Hakone-Yumoto jaamast ja 36 km kaugusel Shuzen-ji templist. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. My mum, who is Japanese but lives in Australia, wanted to enjoy Japanese food & the presentation, variety and well thought out menu was amazing We came for her 96th b/day & the main reasons mum wanted to come to Japan was to eat Japanese food We weren’t disappointed The presentation was amazing- they do say with Japanese food, you eat with your eyes 1st. It was definitely the best Japanese dishes ever that we have had We had Kaseki They offered included pick up/drop off to Atami station which was appreciated We didn’t go out but enjoyed relaxing in our room Watching Japanese TV and movies through VOC that was provided - it made it more enjoyable and the room was very comfortable Having our own Onsen on our balcony was so so enjoyable & relaxing One morning I woke up early and watched the sun riise out of the sea whilst having an Onsen Even my mum could enjoy this Onsen As it was her bday, they offered being able to order a bday cake -& flowers too They also took a photo of us with the cake and surprised us with a framed photo We will remember this trip to Atami Sekaie for years to come A very very special stay!!!

Isoaruki no Yuyado Ushiogumo - 6 aastat või vanemad... Merevaatega majutusasutus asub Kawazus, 37 km kaugusel Shuzen-ji templist. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Really enjoyed staying at Ushiogumo: The facilities are brand-new and impeccable, amazing staff (!!), beautiful location that's close to scenic landscapes. The Kaiseki Ryori dinner was excellent, breakfast was great too! Each room has a private bath on the balcony. There's lots of amenities in the room. Plus, the hotel onsen is made available for private use from 6pm. It's a small property (I counted 7 rooms) and thus feels very cozy. The road in front of the hotel did not really bother us. The terrace windows are well-isolated to block out any noise and there's also the calming sound from the balcony onsen. Extra points for the super-friendly staff!!! ...who can also converse in English so it's no problem for foreign tourists.

AWA Nishi-Izu asub 12 km kaugusel Daruma mäest ja 20 km kaugusel Shuzen-ji templist. Kohapeal on kuumaveeallikate vann ja tasuta eraparkla. The design and atmosphere of the lobby made it a warm and comfortable place to relax, with the added bonus of free tea/coffee and drinks. The hotel is located about 2km from seafront and close enough to some amazing Mt Fuji views. Free bicycles available but to travel beyond Heta I would suggest a car from safety perspective.

Located in Higashiizu, 35 km from Shuzen-ji Temple, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. Host was really nice and explained everything about area. On our last day he drove us to train station so we wouldn’t struggle with our bags. Hill with train station is very steep and it would take us a lot of time and energy to do it without his help :) Thank you. Will definitely recommend to stay and we will come if we will be in the area.
