El Ryokan Hostel K's House ocupa un edificio de 100 años de antigüedad declarado bien cultural tangible situado en Shizuoka, a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes JR Ito. El hostel es increíble. Una experiencia tradicional japonesa inolvidable. Fuimos a habitación compartida y hubo un problema con un huésped que llegó borracho, pero el personal del hotel lo resolvió rapidísimo y muy amablemente nos dieron otra habitación. El onsen es soñado. Me metí cuando no había gente y pude disfrutarlo yo sola. Incluso llovió y nos dieron paraguas y un aparato para secar las zapatillas. Super atentos. Vayan si o si!!

横川温泉湯殿ととのゆ está en Shimoda, a 33 km de Cabo Koibito Misaki, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. We have never experienced this kind of luxury in our lives….. this place and environment totally blew our minds! We had te luxury to stay in the villa, and exceeded all our expectations. The views, the pool, the sauna, the hotspring tub, the fireplace, the BBQ… it was more than enough to really end our holiday totally relaxed! We were supposed to go to Tokyo the last 3 days of our holiday, but we where glad that we canceled that, and went to Shikuoka instead! The falls and wasabi fields and hikes nearby were great excursions, and then come back to the villa was a real dream! Also there were no other guests, so we had the whole place for ourselves…. Syukaen Yunohanazen es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Atami, a 14 min a pie de Playa de Atami Sun y a 27 km de Estación Hakone-Yumoto. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

Oni no Sumika se encuentra en Izu, a 10 min a pie de Templo Shuzenji, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y bar. It was beautiful and spacious, very friendly staff, and just a quick stroll from the village. The onsen was perfect. Loved it

Atami Sekaie se encuentra en Atami, a 2,5 km de Playa de Atami Sun y a 25 km de Estación Hakone-Yumoto. Ofrece alojamiento con restaurante y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in. Outstanding view, staff goes above and beyond and the food was such high quality & beautifully arranged! We had breakfast and dinner (Kaiseki) twice and both was plenty (dinner around 7 courses?). We advise on coming hungry!

Isoaruki no Yuyado Ushiogumo -6 years or older- se encuentra en Kawazu, a 37 km de Templo Shuzenji y a 45 km de Monte Daruma. Really enjoyed staying at Ushiogumo: The facilities are brand-new and impeccable, amazing staff (!!), beautiful location that's close to scenic landscapes. The Kaiseki Ryori dinner was excellent, breakfast was great too! Each room has a private bath on the balcony. There's lots of amenities in the room. Plus, the hotel onsen is made available for private use from 6pm. It's a small property (I counted 7 rooms) and thus feels very cozy. The road in front of the hotel did not really bother us. The terrace windows are well-isolated to block out any noise and there's also the calming sound from the balcony onsen. Extra points for the super-friendly staff!!! ...who can also converse in English so it's no problem for foreign tourists.

AWA Nishi-Izu se encuentra en Numazu, a 12 km de Monte Daruma, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. The design and atmosphere of the lobby made it a warm and comfortable place to relax, with the added bonus of free tea/coffee and drinks. The hotel is located about 2km from seafront and close enough to some amazing Mt Fuji views. Free bicycles available but to travel beyond Heta I would suggest a car from safety perspective.

素泊まり宿 瑞宝荘 está en Atami, a 11 min a pie de Playa de Atami Sun, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Grandmother of this hotel was soooo nice, although there was language barrier, she made us comfortable and happy every day. She always gives us snacks and other omiyages, and satisfied all your needs. Will come back this summer.
