The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.

The feeling of luxury - and the lovely staff. The food was memorable. By far the biggest - and best equipped - hotel room we have ever had in Japan.

beautiful traditional Japanese Hotel, with everything you would have expected from Japanese culture, interior rice paper walls, low table and chairs, comfortable mattress on floor, separate sex public baths. lovely setting with great views of Miyo Jima Island. Also had modern convivences like excellent shower and heated toilet, Television, safe, computer charging points . the traditional Japanese breakfast was well worth the extra charge

Beautiful stay and super calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was super nice and made our stay very nice. The dinner was also really great!

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel.

The view was amazing, the dinner was very varied and tasty, it had around 10 different small dishes with different types of Japanese foods. We also went to onsen that was clean and enjoyable. The shuttle bus was very convenient - hotel offering an evening ride to see the Torii gate lighten up and the we went there again in the morning after checking out and once we were done sightseeing hotel delivered our luggage to the port and we went back to mainland.

Fantastic place to stay, the rooms were lovely and very traditional, and having dinner and breakfast included as part of the stay are truly wonderful additions to the experience. The view out of the hotel was an added bonus. The staff were very helpful and the morning lift to the ferry was greatly appreciated

Very nice hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff friendly, and the foot bath in front of the hotel was very welcome.

everything was perfect, it was full experience. We loved the possibility to go out in our yukatas, there were outdoor traditional shoes provided and special socks in the room. The dinner felt like Michelin star restaurant and staff prepared our futons while we were eating. The view from the rooftop was the best and free snacks and drinks were provided. Ryokan hot bath is also very well maintained. Personnel was increadibly nice and helpful all the time. I would totally come back again!
