We experienced a small hiccup during check-in and with the room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. The hotel itself is fantastic, the food is incredibly delicious, and the sunsets are breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff is always available to assist in any matter, breakfast with a view is fantastic and the rooms and pool are quiet and clean.

Location is incredible, the pool facilities were great, especially the one at the front with the swim up bar. We also ate at the BBQ restaurant belonging to the hotel and this was great too. Rooms were spacious and no issues with noise at all despite being near the Irish bar (hotel provided ear plugs just in case but we never needed these). If I came back to Gili T I would never stay anywhere else other than this hotel. The breakfast options were fantastic too… If you stay here order the frojhito cocktail!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing - the villa itself, how clean it was, the amenities, the staff! The staff deserves a separate praise - their hospitality, willingness and ability to help with various inquiries we had - we felt right at home! Included breakfast was good. And something we didn't realize beforehand is that bicycles and snorkeling equipment are included too! So if you planned to rent those - don't
