This guest house is located on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst Peninsula, between the Bodden water and the Baltic Sea. Rooms at Landhaus Esperort are classically furnished in a country-house style. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a family room facing the street — it can be noisy during the day with the windows open, but it was quiet enough at night. The staff were attentive, genuinely caring, and clearly focused on guest comfort.

Free use of the spa centre, free internet access and a buffet breakfast are offered by this guest house.

Great conversion of a former factory, with modern furnishings and many features such as pool, sport and spa options (although we didn’t use any of those and the massage appointments were booked solid during our stay :(. Only 250 metres from the beach, hotel in the Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen offers a spa with indoor pool, fitness area, 3 saunas and a beauty farm. Varied breakfast buffets are provided. I stayed at this hotel some ten years ago and thought it one of the most pleasant places I had ever been. It shows its age a bit now—the bathroom could be refreshed, and there is no air conditioning—but it is still exceptional. Unlike so many places on the Baltic coast, Dierhagen is not spoiled by droves of tourists. If I had more money, I would happily spend a week or two here.
